3pm – 7pm all other exhibits Level I and Level II
Load in Convention Center Booths 201 - 405
2pm – 7pm
Any small carry in displays may be set up between 6am – 7:30am Monday December 4th. All displays must be ready for public viewing by 8am December 4th.
Load out Toyota Center & Convention Center
December 6th, 2023
12noon all exhibits except large equipment which will begin load out at 2pm
Early takedown will be penalized all displays must be removed from the show floor by 5pm December 6th, 2023
